# Returns & Refunds

Because every Nail Elbi press-on nail set is handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Personal preference

## Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery.

Please include:

- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

## Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within **12 hours** after purchase.

Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
